Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Ulentora LLC covers the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us.

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee will be charged for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and your refund processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
