Ulentora LLC sells a variety of office accessories. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Domestic Shipping Only: Ulentora LLC ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days once shipped. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
7. Return & Refund Policy
- 30-Day Return Window: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at support@ulentora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- No Restocking Fees: Ulentora LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
